Bookmarked Legacy vs Longevity (waim.simplecast.com)

There’s a fallacy in modern society that you have to turn your passions into money-making opportunities. In this episode, we share our ideas about using “work” as a means to fuel/fund your passions. It can be really hard to monetize your art, so what if you gave yourself permission not to?

We explore Caroline’s concept of Longevity work vs Legacy work in this podcast ep. We hope it helps you see the work you do to pay your bills in a slightly different light AND remove some of the pressure to generate revenue with your creative ideas.

Your Legacy work … is a long-term thing you’re going to pursue but it may never really bring you a lot of revenue (it fills up your soul bucket!) Your Longevity work is … the work you’re going to do during those “normal” working hours and it’s going to provide the money you need to pay your bills and put food on your table.
