  • inclusive content (not sure if she means showing diversity in design, or culturally diverse)
  • brand transparency – authenticity
  • social and environmental issues

Content trends:

  • short video
  • short form audio (inspired by Clubhouse)
  • personalized audio and visual (Adobe Rush to embed audio)

Center on empathy, listening, and community

Better analytics:

  • test copy with other visuals
  • check value for audience
  • use polls to get answers

Focus on cadence and quality over quantity

Adobe Spark + Premier Rush > repurpose content in many formats (e.g. video, carousel, quote graphic, infographic)

  • create assets in Adobe Spark, use Rush to use assets in video creation
